Dr Carey A. Reams was a pioneering agronomist who viewed soil as a living energy system rather than a chemical container. Through years of field testing he identified the “perfect numbers” — numerical patterns that reveal ideal soil energy, mineral balance and biological function.
He developed the Reams Biological Theory of Ionization (RTBI), showing that soil fertility depends on electrical energy, anion–cation balance, and the mineral–microbial harmony that drives high-brix crops (plants with higher natural sugars, minerals, flavour and vitality). His methods enabled farms to detoxify soils, rebuild humus, and restore land to productive health quickly and economically.
